Good trip, some small issues

My family and I booked a Multi-Day Ticket and stayed at Disney Hotel Cheyenne. The hotel was clean and the check-in process was smooth. Park access was convenient. The only downside was the food options in the park, they were a bit pricey for what you got. Overall, a good experience, but I wish there were more affordable food choices.

Consistent quality, returning customer

This was my third time getting an Annual Pass. I keep coming back because the value is really there for me. Booking the special event tickets, like for the Halloween Party, is always easy as an passholder. The park experience itself is consistent, always clean and the rides like Pirates of the Caribbean are still great. No major changes or surprises this time, which is good.

Best trip ever!

Oh my goodness, my trip to Disneyland Paris was incredible! I got a Multi-Day Ticket and spent so much time in both parks. Seeing Disney Dreams Nighttime Spectacular was just magical, and Star Wars Hyperspace Mountain was a blast! I can't wait to go back next year, it was so much fun!

Smooth booking, great hotel

I booked a Disney Hotel Package including tickets and a stay at Disney Hotel New York - The Art of Marvel for a long weekend. The website was straightforward for booking the package, and confirmation emails came quickly. Getting to the hotel from the airport using the Airport Shuttle Transfers was easy. Our room was fantastic, very themed and comfortable. Park entry was quick with our package, and we used Disney Premier Access for a few rides which was a lifesaver with the queues. I also tried the Character Dining, which was fun but definitely something you need to book way in advance. The whole trip went really well, and the staff were all helpful.

Fun day at the park

We got a Dated 1-Day Ticket for Disneyland Park. It was pretty easy to buy online. The park was busy but we still had a good time. The parade was cool, definitely recommend going.

What's the deal with refunding tickets if something comes up? Life happens, you know?

C Cody 4 weeks ago
It really depends on the type of ticket you bought. Some are non-refundable, but if you got a package or a flexible ticket, you might have options. Check the fine print when you buy, it's pretty clear.

I had to change my dates once and it was a bit of a hassle but they let me. A refund is harder though unless you have travel insurance, afaik.

What's the best way to get to Disneyland Paris from the Charles de Gaulle airport? Shuttle, train, taxi?

S Steve 1 month ago
They have dedicated airport shuttle buses that go right to the park/hotels, which is pretty convenient. I usually just do that.

RER train is also an option, usually faster than the shuttle if traffic is bad, but you have to haul your luggage around. Shuttles are more chill.

Anyone know if they do student discounts for tickets? Trying to save some cash where I can.

K Kevin G. 1 month ago
I don't think they have a general student discount directly on their site. Sometimes you can find deals through specific student travel sites though, but it's not a regular thing.

Nah, I've looked before and never found one. Your best bet is to look for those early booking offers or package deals, that's where the real savings usually are.

Is the meal plan worth it? Or should I just buy food as I go? We're going for 3 days.

I Ivy 1 month ago
Depends on how much you plan to eat at sit-down places. If you're gonna do a lot of quick service, maybe not. But for character dining or nicer restaurants, it can definitely save you money.

I always get the meal plan, especially for 3 days. It makes budgeting so much easier and you don't have to worry about prices once you're there. Just make sure you use all your credits!

Thinking of booking a trip for next summer. Is it worth getting one of those hotel and ticket packages, or just buying tickets separately and finding my own hotel?

N Noor 1 month ago
Definitely go for the package deal if you can swing it. You usually get a pretty good discount, especially if you book early.

Yeah, I did a package last year and it saved a decent chunk of change. Plus, getting the hotel and tickets all at once was super convenient.
